While I recover from my fit test before I start max interval circuit thought I would post some results!!!
Switch kicks - 49-65-80
Power jacks - 42-60-68
Power knees - 72-100-116
Power jumps - 30-42-53
Globe jumps - 8-11-13
Suicide jumps - 15-20-22
Push-Up jacks - 22-35-43
Low plank oblique - 70-100-120
Now I can breathe and start max interval circuit! Another 60 minutes of cardio and already burned 650 calories!
