Day 46-50 complete....

Thanks Chaney for checking on me! I have completed days 46-49 to complete week 7! I skipped Friday but caught up on Sunday. Last night for day 50 I did fit test 4 but held off on max circuit because I had zero energy left! May double up tonight and catch up!

Day 43-45........Done!!!!!!!

This 2nd month is very difficult and very tiring!  As you can tell by not getting daily posts any more!  Well I just finished max plyo at 10:30 pm and I am drained.  Ready for bed.  Going to turn on Christmas Vacation after a shower and wake up and turn off my tv and dvd player after it is over.  One day this Christmas season I will make it thru the entire movie!

6 weeks down! Day 40-42 done

Well I survives doubling day 40 and 41 with max interval circuit and max interval plyo yesterday! Ready for rest day 42 today! I don't want to get in the habit of doing doubles of this workout!

Day 39 Max Recovery

Well that was an enlightenment of moves I wasn't coordinated enough to do!  I am sure it will get better each week.  Rose Hulman event tomorrow so doing my double workout on saturday!!!  Good thing the weather is cold outside because I would have a hard time with 2 hours of Insanity on a nice day!

Day 36!! Fit Test 3 and max interval circuit

While I recover from my fit test before I start max interval circuit thought I would post some results!!!
Switch kicks - 49-65-80
Power jacks - 42-60-68
Power knees - 72-100-116
Power jumps - 30-42-53
Globe jumps - 8-11-13
Suicide jumps - 15-20-22
Push-Up jacks - 22-35-43
Low plank oblique - 70-100-120

Now I can breathe and start max interval circuit!  Another 60 minutes of cardio and already burned 650 calories!
