Day 11 - Thanks for staying on my Chaney!

Thursday i finished my Cardio Recovery before the long day at the Chili Cookoff.  Chili finished about 8th out of almost 50 entrants!  Went out of town for the weekend so back to the Insanity sunday night!  Catchup time!
